In February 2014 J&M Building Services were contracted to project manage and execute the complete refurbishment of the new KN Group Headquarters in Dublin.
Project Description
The brief was to:
- refurbish the entire building, opening it up bringing a sense of space and modernity to the build.
- and to create an inviting, productive and open working environment for all KN Group employees.
Project Scope
The scope of the project encompassed exterior refurbishment, internal building and re-fit. J&M Building Services project managed all building work and liaised with all external contractors. The project took nine months to complete.
